Sister restaurant to the popular New York outpost, Bar Boulud London at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is the heart of Knightsbridge. The seasonal bistro menu includes an impressive selection of house-made terrines and pâtés, as well as a handful of signature sausages and burgers, adding an American touch to this French inflected bistro and wine bar. The interiors are inspired by a contemporary take on the craft of winemaking with a sleek open kitchen and vaulted ceilings, while the deep, red-leather banquettes and zinc-topped bar create a comfortable and welcoming surrounding for a truly unique London experience. The wine list focuses on Burgundy and the Rhône Valley, including many fine selections by the glass, as well as a wide array of draught and bottled beers. Two private dining rooms await those seeking a more intimate gathering.

Maison Boulud offers the cuisine of a chef steeped in French tradition, yet inspired by decades spent cooking in New York City. Daniel Boulud’s menu is driven by the seasons and bounty of Québec’s local purveyors. You’ll find specialties from Boulud’s New York City restaurants, including Lyonnais charcuterie, Mediterranean flavors, and even some casual burgers, as well as dishes created just for Maison Boulud. The result: refined yet soulful contemporary French food, prepared here by Executive Chef Riccardo Bertolino. While situated in the Ritz-Carlton, the restaurant, its bar & lounge and two private dining rooms, have a vibrant identity all their own, but the ambiance on the Rue Sherbrooke also reflects the renaissance of the Ritz-Carlton’s important place in Montreal life.

DBGB Kitchen and Bar is Chef Daniel Boulud’s downtown place where the French brasserie meets the American tavern. Guests enjoy 12 varieties of house-made sausage, mouthwatering burgers and towering shellfish platters, in addition to seasonal Lyonnais-inspired bistro cooking. For beer lovers, there are over 20 drafts to choose from and another 75 by-the bottle, plus a full wine list. At dessert, dig into the classics: baked Alaska, soufflés and ice cream sundaes. Interiors take their cue from the Bowery’s history as New York’s industrial restaurant supply neighborhood with floor to ceiling shelves stocked with the restaurant’s own tools, tableware and dry goods overlook a partially open kitchen. The sidewalk café, open seasonally, is the perfect spot to enjoy weekend brunch, weekday lunch or dinner in warm weather. The private room tucked away through the kitchen accommodates parties for up to 18 people with a view of all the live action at the stove.
